Work Package 1: Project management and coordination
This work package ensures the overall management of the project and the coordination of efforts. In addition to the general steering, more precise efforts, like the preparation of workshops, webinars or conferences.
Objectives

Work Package 2: MICRO-ANALYSING
The aim of this work package is to create a self-assessment tool to analyse the toxic behaviours in the gaming community from Latin American countries. We will first conduct a review of the scientific literature to identify the toxic behaviours in online gaming environments, and particularly in Latin American countries. We will then validate the survey by pre-testing samples of 75 players in the Latin American partner countries. Finally, we will create an awareness-raising campaign to understand how to use the survey by assessors (people in charge to collect data in each country).

Work Package 3: DEVELOPING
This learning content-related phase builds upon the previous stages’ outcomes in that it utilises the data and scientific knowledge to create and adopt specific learning-centred material. This work package refers to connected learning resources development for raising awareness of the toxic behaviours in the online gaming environment.

Work Package 4: EXCHANGING
This work package will seek to develop a dissemination strategy by engaging the all partners to create the Latin American European Network in social support for Online Gaming (LAENOG). Main stakeholders such as universities, players, parents/educators, players associations, developers/publishers, etc., will be invited to be part of this network to raise awareness and support young video game players and their parents/educators. LAENOG’s purpose is to act as a social driver which involves stakeholders in Portugal, Spain, Poland, Brazil and Panama. Through a discussing agenda, LAENOG’s aim is to create a digital forum to share best-experiences and local practices in Latin American countries towards the social side of video games.

Work Package 5: IMPACT AND OUTREACHING
The aim of this work package is to disseminate the Self-Assessment Tool and the MOOC on a large scale (around 1000 young video game players and 500 parents/educators) and gather feedback from participants to measure the impact of these pedagogic materials over time. To that, we will create a Video Games Social Observatory (VGSO), in order to disseminate the pedagogic tools and improve them over time.
